The only reason this she-male can get away with this in the car, a changing room, gym locker room, beach changing room, etc etc is she is passable(other then the dick, she would fool people) as female/good looking enough. It's the same with good looking woman or men, they get away with things average looking or unattractive can't. Thats why they just starred and then drove off. If this she-male was not passable/ugly the police would have been called.
Yep, The only reason Rose Montoya did that flashing at the White House, was she had gotten away with far more blatant stuff before that. I mean flashing at a family event openly for all to see? What was Rose getting away with before that, that made Montoya bold enough to think it would be ok at the White House(family event)? What had rose been doing and still doing in the bathrooms, changing rooms, beaches, public pools, etc. etc for so long without getting into any trouble for it, because no one really cares due to Roses looks?
